Hi, I’m Polly.
I work at the intersection of neuroscience, behaviour and leadership, which sounds serious (and it is), but what it really means is this: I help people understand why they do what they do, and how to move that towards authentic contented whole person lives.
I’ve spent the past two decades moving between boardrooms, community organisations, start-ups, clinical training rooms and executive teams. I’ve been a founder, a board director, a strategist, a facilitator, an author, and a psychotherapist. I’ve built companies (and failed a lot), led change, chaired boards, and sat with people in the middle of their most difficult moments.
I hold a PhD, a Masters in Psychotherapy with a trauma speciality, and a slightly obsessive curiosity about how humans actually work. Including me.
I bring contemporary neuroscience, trauma-responsive practice and lived leadership experience into every room I enter, whether that’s a keynote stage, a small executive offsite, or a one-on-one coaching session.
I’m rigorous, transparent and I care, so you won’t get any small G guru talk or not enoughness disguised as product promotion in my work. Just a good human who wants you to be you.
If you’re here because you want something that feels intelligent, human and slightly different from the usual corporate script,
you’re in the right place.
